Hi! Welcome to Coyote Ridge! Your group gets the whole 4 acres, the whole house and alllll the amenities! Everything is private, well stocked, and ready for some fun! Our base price includes up to 10 guests and we have a full time local property manager to assist with any needs :) Pool, Hot Tub, Game room, fire pits, large covered pavilion, pond, games… we can go on. Numerous repeat renters make this their second home each year :) 5 minutes from the lake! Come and try us out! Only 45 minutes from Dallas!

***We regularly host weddings at the property. We do showings prior to renting for Weddings as well***

House sleeps 20 in beds with use of 3 pullout sofas but there is room for more if needed. If you have more than 20 guests send us an inquiry and we can discuss.

If you and your group want room to spread out without another property right next door on both sides and tons of amenities YEAR ROUND, then this is the place for you. It is large and open with PLENTY of parking and we provide almost everything you will need to have a great time. We host vacationers, weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, birthday parties, girls weekends, guys weekends- you name it we have hosted it. Beautiful views in a peaceful setting and only about 5 minutes from the lake. We are open and we rent year round with numerous re-renters. Come try us out and spend some great time with your family and friends. Below is a list of amenities we offer for our guests which are all included-

Our home is your home! 4,500 Sf home: 5 bedroom/4 baths Estate; 4 - acres; 3 outdoor patios INCLUDING A 1,500 Sf covered patio!

PLEASE SEND AN ONLINE INQUIRY BEFORE CALLING US- This is the most accurate way to get an official quote. Our base price includes 10 guests and we charge $25 a person per night above that. Please do not include the first 5 children age 5 and under in your number of guests- we do not charge for them. In the Inquiry, include your dates and the number of guests you will have spending the night. If you will have guests arriving only for use of the facility during the day please note that we do charge a small fee for them as well. This is because with large groups it costs us a lot more in electricity, septic space, wear and tear, supplies, cleaning, and amount of trash. Please just let us know about day guests in the notes section of your inquiry. We can break all reservations into three separate payments, only the first of which is due to reserve your dates.

***Please Note that we DO NOT accept single night rentals on Friday or Saturday nights unless Agreed upon first. A minimum payment will apply for any exceptions***

There is a small pond for catch and release fishing. Bass, Perch...

***Three Ovens (One is a Convection Oven)

We Provide all Towels, Linens, pillows, kitchen appliances/utensils, pool towels, bug spray, shampoo/conditioner/body wash

We do monitor the number of guests and we do charge extra guest fees so please put in the correct number of guests in your inquiry or instant booking. We can add guests at any time if your party grows. This helps cover the additional wear and tear, trash, supplies, cleaning, septic space, water and electricity used by large groups. Our base price does already include up to 10 guests. The quote will automatically calculate the extra guest fees for you.

We do have security cameras monitoring the parking areas and front entry doors for the safety of our guests and ourselves.

Please note our pool is seasonal and we will open it as soon as the air and water temps support healthy swimming.

Management was super nice and responsive. Had some issues with ants because of some new renovations but she was on top of staying in contact with us for anything we needed. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend. They do need a new cleaning crew but management acknowledged and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend celebrating the bride to be!

We had such a good time. So much to do did not even need to leave. We fished for a little while and did not get one so hopefully next time we will. Planning on a trip in a few months so we can play in the pool! We had age ranges from 16 to 84 and was fun for all!

Coyote ridge is a fabulous place to stay. Its in town but a feeling of not being in town. There is so much to do at the property, plenty of games and things to do to keep the kids busy as well as the adults. Our only complaint was that we didnt book a longer stay.

Coyote Ridge was perfect for our family gathering! There was so much space, inside and out, and plenty to do on property - we never even left! We loved the giant table that we could all gather around for mealtimes and appreciated all the sofas so everyone had a comfy place to sit. There were plenty of throw blankets for those that tended to get chilly in the evenings. The sunsets over the pond are beautiful! The host responded very quickly to our questions. We would love to go back!

Our 3rd time here, it’s a great space for all to spread out or come together. We have 9 adults and 2 kids plus 3 dogs. Nice kitchen and family eating spot. The yard is certainly big for playing in or dogs roaming. The pool looks nice but we always come in the winter.

We had family reunion here for the labor day holiday weekend. We had 20+ herr at the house on any given day and there was plenty of room and stuff to do. We had an infant and few others kids between ages 4 and 13 that really enjoyed all the amenities. The adults enjoyed the breezeway. There was so much room our group had plenty of space to stretch out. We will be back!!

Excellent vacation stay. Property was exactly as described. My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Very comfortable and the property was well supplied. Host was extremely accommodating and was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this home.

Loved the property. Will stay again. Unfortunatly, during our stay we had no internet due to a broken delivery line. It was not the fault of the property, but it would have been nice to have a backup service. Also, would have someone adjust the ac venting balance. Two of the bedrooms did not receive enough cooling to be comfortable.

What an amazing place to have a large group stay. There is plenty of room for lots of people and you don’t ever feel like you are on top of each other. We enjoyed our stay, the pool was a relief for the hot weather, games entertained the younger adults and the older adults were able to relax.

Amazing place to stay! We had our wedding over the weekend stay. Sadly it stormed pretty bad the day of and blew everything. But we were able to move it inside, and it turned out beautifully. Plus there is so much entertainment inside that everyone had fun. The rest of the weekend was beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the pool, even though it was still chilly. We enjoyed watching the birds while in the hot tub. We have already talked about renting it out again in the future. Could not of asked for anything more.

Plenty of room, several tvs, big kitchen, 2 refrigerators, fireplace, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, darts, nice sit down bar area. Located away from town/neighbors- which is really great as our group can get loud. Its well stocked with towels and paper goods , the kitchens big and stocked as well. We have stayed here before and will be back

I shared these concerns with the owner so hopefully they are addressed but I still want to share our experience as renters. The property was very dirty when we arrived, filthy to the point that we had the pleasure of disposing of two dead mice within 24 hours of arriving. The bathrooms were mildewy, grimy, and one of the toilets was not adhered to the floor. Bugs were a constant issue, hornets and wasps were rampant at the pool/patio area, the sitting area for the hot tub, and the outdoor covered areas. Safety issues include exposed electrical inside the house, hazardous chemicals, and no deadbolt on the primary door. We had small children in our group so we were constantly worried they would get in to something harmful or wonder outside on their own since we couldn’t lock the door from inside. All in all, if we had not been a party of 4 different families that had each traveled several hours to be together, we would not have stayed, we would have left. Unfortunately we did not feel our large group had an alternative in the area.

Enjoyed spacious living space, played pool, ping pong, darts and fished. Caught & released 3 bass from the pond. Indoor AC made it comfortable to enjoy preseason football. Will return again.

We rented this property specifically for the pool experience and sadly disappointed due to the above ground pool being replaced and not ready to be enjoyed the first day of our stay. We live two hours from this property and was contacted by the property manager two hours before we departed our home to travel to the property and was informed that the pool had been replaced due to damage by a contractor that had beefed doing work at the property but was told that there was a temporary pool setup to use. When we got there we noticed that the temporary pool was green and not usable. Our second day of our stay we were able to use the replaced above ground pool after sweeping and cleaning it twice ourselves. Probably won’t stay at this home again.
