Casas de Férias em Mabank, TX

"The hot tub was clean, and place was nice! Loved the back yard, exactly as pictured."

"We loved this property so much the first time, we booked it again! "

"Really enjoyed our two nights here. The house was very clean and so cozy. Lots of love went into this lake house! They had everything we needed and the sunsets were so beautiful. My only tip is to check the lake level if you are planning to swim due to our Texas droughts. Thanks for sharing your little piece of Heaven with us!"

"This home was top-notch. Pride of ownership was evident in that the home was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"the home was beautiful upon entry, but it's good thing there was a table behind the sofa as I failed to see the sunken living room--this house has several levels--so the table broke my fall. The Arcade/game room was listed as "a rare find." That's because every one of the games was broken or unusable. To the host's credit he had Amazon deliver some games late on the first evening, but the tone had been set.The facility "sleeps 13" but I was told that there should never be more than 13 on the...

"Cool little place. We enjoyed getting away from all the busyness and slowing down."

"Host was nice and easy to communicate with. House is as described and in a quiet neighborhood."

"Very nice place. Secluded and quiet yet easy access to town and local attractions. The Tiny House was perfect for what I needed and very clean. The Host gave excellent instructions and responded quickly to communications. I highly recommend."

"My church's men's group had a weekend retreat to this property and it was amazing! The host was awesome to work with and the house was everything we'd hoped for and more. I will definitely be coming back with my family soon!"

"Overall wonderful stay! We were in town for a family event and needed a space for two couples with an infant and a toddler. Rooms were large enough for our added Pack'N Plays. The yard is fenced, so no worries about the toddler wandering off into the pond or woods. The property is well maintained, but realize that the East Texas hayfields and farms are also industrialized dust generators, so be prepared to wipe down any outdoor furniture prior to use. While we didn't get the opportunity to play...

"There is NO water at this "lakehouse." Only mud where water used to be. While I understand that the lake levels are out of the property owners conrtol they should let people know before booking a "waterfront property" that there isn't any water there. I am not exaggerating, literally no water under the boat dock. Boats are just suspended over mud in this area stuck until the water rises again. There is a water slide you can't use (explain that to your kids) So no swimming, fishing, can't use the...

"I dread leaving this review for fear this property will forever be sold out when we want to return! What a gem of a space inside and out. Quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the patio/BBQ and deck area right on the water with festive outside lighting. Short paddle out of bend in the cove and you're out to open waters that were perfect and peaceful for paddle boards or whatever floats your boat...literally:))King bed in master suite was plush and comfy. Tons of other sleeping spaces as...

"Overall, our stay was okay, but the property did not match the listing photos. The outside of the home was very poorly maintained. When we arrived, there was a large tree limb lying across the upper deck, and it gave the impression that the exterior hadn’t been cared for in quite some time. The inside of the house was fairly clean, which we appreciated. However, several of the games provided were damaged or missing pieces. Our family still managed to have a good time and made the best of it, but...

"We had 12 adults for this family getaway and 1 dog. The house had plenty of space, and the yard was wonderful for outdoor activities. The sun went behind the trees to cool down the hot July afternoons. Lake level was 84% full, which is no control of the host, but we were able to swim and use our Jet Ski. If I had to say one short fall, there were not enough utensils for a house that's supposed to hold 14 people. Only 7 forks, but we went and got plasticware. I will say 5 stars to the host...

"This is an adorable property and was perfect for our quick visit to Canton!"
