NEIGHBORHOOD: Growing lakeside community with a blend of new construction and older homes. Sapphire Sunset is located in an area of the neighborhood that is primarily new builds, including homes still in process.
INDOOR LIVING: Custom touches start at the impressive front door, continue to the large sectional sofa with built-in ambient lighting, and unique accent walls throughout the home. Open concept living/kitchen/dining area features an 85-Inch Smart TV, shuffleboard table and board games. Kitchen is fully-equipped with everything needed to prepare a great meal and features a large kitchen island with additional seating around. Enjoy your meal around the custom-built dining table with seating for 8.
OUTDOORS: Head to the backyard and soak in the brand-new, oversized hot tub with color-changing lights or relax in outdoor seating area, both situated under a custom-built covered patio with ceiling fan. BBQ Grill features 2 sides - one for those who prefer propane grilling, and the other side for charcoal. Gather around the fire pit with Adirondack seating or enjoy some downtime lounging in the daybed porch swing on the front yard patio.
GARAGE GAME ROOM: Head out to the garage area and shoot some Pool, play a game of Air Hockey, Foosball or throw some Darts!
BEDS/BATHS: MASTER: King sized bed, 50" TV GUEST BEDROOM 1 - Queen Bed, 43" TV GUEST BEDROOM 2 - Queen Bed, 43" TV NIGHT SKY BUNK ROOM - Four twin beds (2 bunks), 43" TV, light feature that turns the ceiling into an incredible night sky BATHROOMS: Two full bathrooms including the ensuite master bathroom, and an additional full guest bathroom.
LAKE ACCESS: Just a 5-7 min. walk to the community fishing dock and boat ramp. A key is provided to guests to access this gated area. Parking at the house is limited to 4 vehicles including any boats or trailers. IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEE OTHER THINGS TO NOTE SECTION REGARDING USE OF THE BOAT RAMP AND PARKING!
DOGS WELCOME: 2 Dogs Welcome. Food and water bowls, pet waste bags, pet blankets and towels for dirty paws (or any other mess) are provided. We do not charge any upfront fees or deposits. Please help us keep it that way. Guest are still liable to cover the costs associated with any excessive mess or damages left behind by pets or people. IMPORTANT NOTE: For smaller breeds, the fencing surrounding is a little high off the ground in some areas. Please plan accordingly to ensure your smaller dogs are retained inside the yard.
SUPPLIES: A starting supply of the following items are included: coffee, sweeteners, creamer, salt, pepper, cooking oils, toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry supplies, trash bags. Items may/may not last your entire stay, please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
Firewood is not included in our rates but can be provided for $10 per bundle. Each bundle includes about 4-7 pieces depending on size, and a starter log. Please reach out to us in advance to make arrangements.
Propane is provided, but charcoal is not.
If there is anything more you would like for your stay, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make arrangements whenever possible.

GUEST ACCESS: Property is fully accessible to guests with the exception of 2 locked owner's closets, one located next to the laundry room and the second located in the front guest bedroom. A garment rack and luggage rack is provided in this bedroom to replace the closet.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION: Ongoing new home construction is active in the community. Some noise is possible between 7am-5pm.
DOG OWNERS: Please take note that the fence surrounding the home is a little high off the ground in some spots and may leave room for some smaller dogs to find an escape route. Guests with smaller breeds should plan accordingly to ensure their dog stays within the yard.
RURAL AREA: Our neighborhood is located in a rural area. Just like people, animals and bugs also like being near the water. Our home and yard are treated by a pest control service on a regular schedule to keep the unwanted visitors to a minimum, to the extent that this is possible. It is not uncommon to spot animals such as a raccoon or a fox in the area. It is also common to see stray dogs and cats in all areas around Cedar Creek Lake.
BOAT RAMP USAGE: There are NO PARKING signs in the boat ramp area. If you plan to use the boat ramp, please plan to return your vehicle to the home after launching, and make the short walk back. If lake levels are too low at times, the boat ramp may not be usable and this can not be predicted in advance. There are also many other options for public boat launches and marinas all around the lake.
PARKING: Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles (this includes any towed boats or trailers). Parking is not allowed on the grass. Please utilize the driveway for all parking. If you need to temporarily park along the roadway for any reason, be sure you are pulled over sufficiently to allow passage, and that you are not blocking access to neighboring properties. Please do not park on any other properties including empty lots. To clarify any questions regarding the available parking space, please reach out to us in advance.
GARAGE GAME ROOM: Air Conditioning and Heating are NOT provided for the garage area. The temperature in this area of the home will be totally dependent upon the weather.
DOGS WELCOME: Those with pet allergies should take into consideration before booking, that even after thorough cleaning, we can not guarantee a 100% absence of pet dander.
