"Most of the staff was very friendly & helpful. The bar doesn't display the alcohol bottles so customers don't realize the bar serves it. Our bartender needs training on hospitality associated with customer service. Being more attentive to the customers & not sitting in a booth on their phone. They should at least try to show they are happy to be there. Parts of the hotel appears to be under construction. The ceiling was exposed concrete & you could see the electrical conduit.
