"DO NOT book this hotel. I had to call 911 as men were loitering outside in the parking lot, drinking and peeing. The police showed up and took one man away in handcuffs. I was staying with two teenage girls who had been hassled by the men throwing dirty looks on the way into the hotel. The hotel staff did not react hence why I called 911. I attempted to resolve this with Expedia to receive a refund but they didn’t care either. I will NEVER use Expedia again. Such a scam, always blaming the hotel...

"The staff is always so polite and professional. We stay there every time we are in CS. My only compliant, the rooms are starting to show their age. The room is clean, just dated. We will continue to stay there. PS, their breakfast is the best, the attendant is amazing and so friendly. (I think her name is Jessica) "

"This property appears very old. Rooms are small. Other hotels are moving toward changing linens every other day and that’s understandable. However, this property does not make beds or empty trash cans every day either. When we first walked in there was about one/fourth left on the toilet paper roll with no extra roll in the room. We had to ask twice to get extra towels. The vanity in the bathroom is so old the finish on the wood is beginning to curl up. It looked like there was mold on the vent...
