"Great location and functional layout, but major issue with smoke smell. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a great bed (though the pillows could be upgraded). The location was perfect for attending a convention at either Seattle convention. However, the overwhelming smell of smoke made it unbearable for our family, and we had to cut our stay short. Despite this issue, the host was very accommodating and responsive to our concerns. Hopefully, they can address the smoke...

"The balcony is awesome. You have the needle on one side and a partial ocean view on the other side. The place is perfect. Very clean and roomy. All the comforts of home. The beds are so comfortable. We slept like babies. The views are great. The host was great. Great Communication. There is a new bar right next door if you need a drink. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! "

Parking garage was really handy though I'd recommend to stick to a midsize SUV at the very largest for the available spot. Very convenient place for hanging out in the city and walking to the game and back. Lots of effort is clearly out into keeping this apartment nice for guests. Would definitely stay again! "

"Location of unit was very central to downtown area of Seattle. It was about a 5 min walk to the nearest light rail station which I used to get to and from the airport. The water taxi and ferries to Bainbridge, Vashon and West Seattle are all 5 min walk across the street. Many great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance too.The unit was clean and very comfortable for two people. It had central heating and an AC unit if you stay in the hotter months.
