"This place wasn’t what we hoped for so we didn’t stay. The room was not as big as it seemed on photos, no room to put our suitcases out. Room was dated and doors opened out onto parking lot. Very dark, no lights outside and muddy from a water main break. To make matters worse, a policeman knocked on door to say there had been an armed robbery nearby and offender was seen nearby. Very scary and unnerving. We decided we couldn’t stay and found another hotel. Swan House were not willing to refund....

Olivia was great, she was welcoming, friendly, and went out of her way to make us feel accommodated, the zip wire, archery and axe throwing activities were great fun for our children. "Hotel in the process of changing hands,only one staff , no evening meals or breakfast.Room not what i booked, bathroom required better cleaning. No milk or cup for tea. "

"Very cozy room in a historic house, best bed and shower from our trip. Breakfast was delicious. No TV, but instead , a lot of great books. I love the details of the decorations specially the ones in the living room. Close to restaurant ."
