"Nice resort. Great location with walking trail around lagoon and nice beach. Rooms are mediocre for price. Needs better decoration than a hospital room, better bed and more pillows. A nice lounge chair or loveseat would compliment the room"

"We booked a quad room for an overnight stay.. The price is really low and wasnt expecting big but didnt expect that the room was a bit untidy.. Bathroom was terrible.. Shower/Bidet was not working, Water was not strong enough, The smell (Imburnal) and cleanliness.. Clean towels were not provided.. Blankets was too short for 1 person.. Free breakfast was ok.. but we were not informed that they will bang at your door at 6am.. Only thing I liked here is the proximity to other restaurants...

The location is great if you are going to the entertainment district and within walking distance of the SM Clark mall. "5月に4日間宿泊しましたが、ホテルに空港からの送迎をメールにてお願いしましたが、気温39度の中1時間30分まった後、歩いてトライシクルに乗ってホテルに到着しました。フロントに伝えるとスタッフは謝る事無く、帰りの送迎を利用して欲しいとリクエストされました。パートナーは不愉快に思い帰りの送迎はお願いしませんでした。暑い中、1500ペソ払っても送迎頼んだのに来ない事はとても残念な事です。しかし道路側ではない高層階リクエストはできたので部屋は清潔でよかったです。口コミにあるようにプールの床は滑りやすくパートナーは足を滑らせ怪我してしまいました。食事に関しては4日間朝利用しましたが、フィリピンにしては良い方だと思います。それ以外は挨拶等はしっかり教育されていました。周りにマッサージ、レストランもあり利便性は良いです。暑い時はトライシクル利用すれば歩く事もありません。エルニドはホテル料金が高いのでトータルでは合格なのでまた、利用したいと思うホテルです。"
