Our Kids were with most of their legs outside the sofa bed, although in the reservation it says it is a couple sofa bed. We tried to speak to the management who did not offer much solution, thw only one being put pillows at the end of the sofa bed so the legs would not hang loss. A terrible experience, and besides...

"Pre booked and pre paid a queen size bed in a standard room. I was expecting exactly that, not more. They tried to push me to a single bed standard room for no reason. I refused, reception said it was overbooked. Told them it wasn’t my fault, if they don’t have the same room, give me a better room, or refund me the difference if they send me to a single. Magically appears a queen size bed standard room. Lost 30min in this mission… Next day, went for dinner in the hotel restaurant: refused entry,...
