"The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. There were a couple of issues with the gents toilet seat and taps, which they weren't able to resolve in our week-long stay. "It is a dormitory type house. It is clean and the air con is quite strong. I was disappointed that there is no wi fi. Our devices was connected to the router but NO Wi Fi."
