"Staffs were great!!!"

"Caution -- Unable to check-in upon arrival past midnight as the front door was locker and dark with nobody around"

"Always book here whenever staying in Caloocan. Location is safe, and accessible. There is always security and you always feel safe. The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. I will definitely be booking again next visit in Caloocan! Maraming Maraming Salamat po!! "

"The staff was very good but I had a problem with the Wi-Fi service which was very poor."

"Cheap"

"Overall, I had a good stay at Monaco Hotel, although the main downside was a recurring issue with small cockroaches, especially in the bathroom. Aside from that, the hotel offers good value, with friendly staff, a convenient location, and included breakfast. I started noticing one or two small cockroaches almost every day, usually around the sink, vanity mirror, floor, or toilet seat. "Small lobby though attentive staff.. clean"

"Need upkeep of the property in general. Rooms are outdated. Need new paint and flooring but staff are polite"

"Good for the price."

"Just a step away from the mall, good parking, clean room and hallway and the best thing about it is staff are friendly and accomodating. I give it a 5 star."

"Practical set up. Helpful staff."

"Mold growing in the shower. This place was filthy. Not a good experience. "

"I like the foods served at breakfast. Clean room & good air conditioning."

"Friendly staff. They provide us with mineral waters and other amenities on daily basis. 5 star"
