"The host(s) were great communicators and made this an amazing experience! The tiny home was extremely clean and had everything you could think of. You could truly pack as if it was a hotel stay and be just as comfortable. The tiny home also had a lot of natural light which I loved. Additionally, the home was surrounded by farm life but also a variety of birds that I enjoyed listening to and watching. I am already planning my next visit!"

"The house is lovely and well appointed with trash bags, TP, and paper towels which was a nice surprise. The view is amazing and exactly as shown. The host was extremely responsive to all inquiries. The hot tub did have a bit of a musty smell the second day... not sure how often chlorine is added, but it worked well and was actually hot which is not always the case with rentals. Some reviewers have commented on the road to the house but if you've ever lived in the mountains it is nothing you...

"Our family of 5 stayed at the Gingerbread Cottage for 3 nights to celebrate our daughter's college graduation from JMU. The location was ideal as it was not far from Harrisonburg and close to restaurants. We had fun at Cave Hill Brewery, which was close and had great meals at Thunderbird Cafe (breakfast) and Hank's (great bbq dinner). We highly recommend staying at this property and would return if in the area again. "
