"For me, this cottage is perfect in every way. Up I had already visited the original property in the 1970s and 80s and was a little apprehensive returning to a place deep in my heart.I was not in any way disappointed. The respectful remodelling has kept the magic of LM and we look forward to many more holidays there.For those who don’t know the area, it is isolated and for me that adds to the beauty. "Pros- Bed in double room was very comfy Kitchen was well stocked Cons - Chalet smelt very damp and musty Daughter slept on sofa due to strong smell in twin room Handles missing on some windows so couldn’t be opened . Marks and stains on twin bedroom wall, little table and sofa . No hot water connected to bathroom basin. Bathroom needs deep clean Bathroom door lock doesn’t work Had to buy towels as chalet ones smelt after 1 use Twin bedroom door sticks daughter couldn’t get out No mobile...

"I stayed here for a few days with my dog, the accommodation is small but i think the pictures reflect this so i knew this beforehand. The location is great, 10 minutes drive from Hartland Quay and approx 30 minutes to appledore/westward ho. After being out all day the hot tub was a nice place to relax!"
