Smart one-bedroom apartment a few minutes from the lake (Roggia 14)

In the district of Viganello, ROGGIA 14 is the perfect base for couples who wish to visit the city on foot, families on tour in Ticino or workers on business trips.



The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a recently constructed building and is only a few steps away from the Exhibition Centre, where some of the most important trade fairs and events in Ticino are held, and from Parco Ciani with its lakeside promenade.

The open space living room consists of a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen, a living area with a table for 4 people, a TV with which to relax at the end of the day, and a sofa which makes an excellent double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.).

The large window illuminates the entire room and takes you out onto the terrace to enjoy a breath of fresh air or an aperitif at sunset.

The master bedroom is cozy and has a large wardrobe.

ROGGIA 14 concludes with a bathroom equipped with a modern shower with hydromassage jets.

Leave your car parked in the private car park: the historic centre is only 10 minutes away!



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the property; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a lakeside beach, tennis courts and a sailing club.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop \"Viganello, La Santa\" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
