The space:
Huge open concept house with beautiful atrium at the center of house. Multiple skylight windows make light ample and abundant.
Guest access:
No garage access. There may be a locked closet here and there for storage. We gladly welcome families, corporate teams to our home. We have tons of extra amenities to make your stay great. There is 4 off-street parking spaces and a whole side street that is located on a private drive, safely nestled in a HOA surrounded by brick walls and romantic overhanging oaks. This house an exceptional find and stocked with everything you could need to make your stay host-worthy, memorable and restful.

We are 1.4 miles to texas Tech stadium!
NO pool access from 7/5-7/9 due to host vacation
As guests in our HOA community, you have access to the neighborhood swimming pool. We kindly ask you to adhere to all community rules for a safe and enjoyable experience:
* Host Presence Required: Please note that host presence is required for guests to access the HOA pool with a total guest limit of 5, if I arrange a sitter can host 9 guest but cost is $15/hour . Kindly coordinate with us if you wish to use the pool facilities.
* Seasonal Availability: The pool is open annually from Memorial Day to july 22, 2026 (unless arranged with sitter- we are having twins!)
* Operating Hours:
* Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
* Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests of the property are permitted to use the pool.
* No Alcohol, Glass, or Smoking: For everyone's safety and comfort, alcohol, glass containers, and smoking are strictly prohibited within the pool area.
* Child Supervision: All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult at all times.
* Location: The pool is approximately a 4.5-block walk from the property.
Additional Charges: $200 for evidence of smoking inside. No use of soaps, bath products, food or alcohol are to be found in the hot tub, hot tub cover left open overnight, the renter will be charged $75. Damage noted to hot tub will result in a $250 charge.
