"Clean quiet, private and cozy. The hosts are super friendly and very helpful. I got some much-needed sleep as I work nights primarily. Everything you need is close by. Bed is very comfy. Slept like a baby."

"The pictures are totally misleading as is the description. It says that it sleeps eight. There are two beds in each bedroom one of the queen size beds is surrounded by walls on three sides so the only way to get into it is to go over a footboard at the bottom of the bed the other queen size bed has approximately 8 inches on one side to getinto it. It’s advertised as a gourmet kitchen, which it is far from. For example, the silverware drawer had three forks. The exhaust on the stove was filthy...

"The property was clean and comfortable and in an excellent location. The cowboy pool and putting green added whimsy. If you plan to cook or eat any meals on site, the kitchen is supplied with the basics, however, there is only dining seating for two at the counter, no table or chairs."

"Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. "
