"Joe was an excellent host and great communicator. Got an email from him early the day of check in that place was ready and we could check in early. The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. The unit was spacious, well-appointed, and very private (thanks to its location in the last building in the development, which meant looking out only at the dunes & not other buildings). The kitchen had every pot and pan we needed, the pantry was nicely stocked, and the beds were supremely comfortable.
