"Cute and cozy place perfect for two people. It was close to Santa Cruz and met all of our expectations. It’s quietly located up a hill to where you can see the ocean from the kitchen window. Jim, the property manager was awesome to work with. Loved the way he kept the communication with us during our stay. I will definitely stay there again. "

"This place was absolutely beautiful, best morning view . A perfect getaway to relax and the kiddos to play some beach volleyball. We definitely will be coming back sooner than we thought. "

"Took my wife here for her birthday. We had a fabulous stay for 3 nights. The location was very peaceful and quiet. This unit was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. The bed was very cozy and warm and the bathroom very clean as well. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quiet 2 person stay. We will be looking to return again we loved it so much. "

"Impecable home on gorgeous property! Interior is almost entirely new. Property is secluded and deafenimgly quiet (full disclosure - its not an easy drive in!). Kids were able to run around freely outside. Hosts are exceptiinally responsive. Loved our time here, thank you!"

"Beautiful cozy home in a perfect location! Close enough to walk to the boardwalk but just far enough to enjoy peace and relaxation from the crowds. The views from the front deck are amazing, with the boardwalk lights across the water glowing at night while you enjoy the warm firepit & listen to sounds of the seals in the distance, surfers and otters in the bay, palm trees gently blowing in the warm breeze, all right across the street. The house was clean, cozy and welcoming, with comfortable...

"The guest house is nice, clean, and modern. There is a beautiful deck and creek to enjoy. We used the hot tub and grill. I definitely would not recommend 4 people stay here but it was the perfect size for a couple and a dog. Hosts were friendly and responsive and would recommend to others."

"Beautiful rustic beach location ! Beach condo was great! 3 different levels with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom did have an odor near bathroom but hopefully can be addressed. Home well stocked with lots of nice extras. Clubhouse has tennis, pickleball, swimming and hot tub. Very private and quiet area! We would definitely stay here again. Another chair or 2 by windows looking at beach would be great! We moved chairs from bedrooms to allow all to sit and watch the beautiful beach! "

The proximity to the beach was the best - just steps away for miles of beach walking. The house was clean and well appointed, and the bedrooms were comfortable. We hope to be back! "

"The place was more spacious than expected from the ad. There is a separate kitchen, which had everything we needed, and a generous supply of food items. The location was perfectly situated with just a short drive to beaches and the gorgeous Nisene Marks Forest. Shopping and ample restaurants are nearby. The family lives upstairs and there was hardly any noticeable noise. We had all the privacy we needed. Host was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend! "
