"Great place to get away. House and property were nice. If your bring a boat, you have to watch the tides. Flats or a smaller bay boat will be fine. Had a 21 foot center console. Low tide you just have to take it slow out to the channel. Great options for docking your boat. A lot of space for boat trailers. Location of property is nicely situated. "

"Bottoms Up is a great place to stay. It has everything that a person could need on a vacation. A great location (and a driveway parking spot), fully equipped kitchen, very efficient A/C, TV in every room, ceiling fans in every room (thank you), and a fabulous pool and deck where we relaxed at the end of each day. I've stayed at numerous rental homes and this one ranks on top of all of them. Great place - highly recommend."
