"The property is new and easy to access. We choose to stay here mainly for three reasons. The 50' Boat slip, Pool, and walking beach access. Overall the property is a good little getaway. It is directly infront of a busy intersection which the master bedroom boarders and will hear with its proximity to the road. We were able to fish easily, there is both fuel, ice, and bait all available on the same canal as the house. A short walk will get you to the KCB cabana club. The mature staff will not be...

"The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The dip pool is anything but. The size of a a small hot tub without the bubbles and heat. Not really worth advertising. Additionally, there is a beautiful boardwalk out back but, you can’t get to it. It’s all boarded up and not accessible. We did really enjoy Duck Key as it’s centrally located in the Keys and the grounds are really nice and well maintained."

"Thank you to the owner and property manager for a great getaway. The house was clean, contained everything we needed. The pool was lovely and the maintenance guys came every other day to care and clean it. You won't go wrong with staying here. There are actually 5 bedrooms not 4 so the description needs to be corrected and pictures updated (shows one room with 2 queen beds). We were very happy with the accommodations and the management."

"The house was beautiful and everything we needed was right there. If I could have changed anything about the house, it would be to add a dresser in each bedroom. I'm not a live out of a suitcase kind of girl. So having a place to put my clothes that don't hang up would be nice. But, it had very large closets in each bedroom. Thank you for everything. "The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The patio was so nice to sit on and enjoy the sunshine. We had a visitor (an iguana) which was interesting!! The condo is just as stated in the listing. "We stayed at this townhouse for our family vacation to the Florida keys. The location of the property is perfectly placed between two of the popular keys. Durring our stay we loved the cover decks for coffe and drinks and the kayaks were a great bonus. We padded through duck key but beware of tides before you go. The home was clean and as advertised making our stay amazing. If we visit the florida keys again, we will be staying at this townhouse."

"This property is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a stay in The Keys! The outside space is amazing and the house was just what we needed -- comfy bed and great appliances. Our friends rented the other side of the duplex and we had a great week around the tiki bar and in the pool. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We came to bike the "Keys" as a family. Our orginal place cancelled on us a few months before our trip. We had to find a new place, and we lucked out on finding this cute little cottage. So relaxing to sit in the rocking chairs on the master bedroom balcony and enjoy the view. We weren't there too much, but when we were, so nice to enjoy the views. The beds are super comfortable also. We don't boat, but if you do, you would love this place."
