"The room was as advertised, spacious, clean, beautiful view. The menu that was in the room - it's a shame that they require you to use the QR code and don't have anyone you can call if you want to order what they advertise. The menu on the clipboard did not match the menu when you scan the QR code. Aside from that and the neighbor who complained about a barking dog when the resort is "pet friendly" my mom and I enjoyed our stay very much. "

"Such a piece of paradise unlike anywhere we've experienced at The Keys! The property is gorgeous! The grounds are immaculately kept! The location is perfect! The amenities are endless! The only complaints I have are that the room we received did not match the photo from the listing and the room wasn't super clean. Everything else was so amazing so we overlooked those issues. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again in the future!"
