Had a view of lagoon with its wildlife( ducks, cranes, turtles and even a gator!). Very relaxing for our daughter who was running in the state track meet. Since we knew that it was new, owners probably still haven’t gotten around to doing a few things.. need oven mittens, utensils for grilling, blackout curtains or shades for morning side bedrooms, ceiling fans...

"Dauphin pod was a great dog friendly place to stay for my husband and I. It was centrally located on the Island. The beach was about a .5 mile walk so I would suggest taking a little wagon to haul your beach gear. It was very clean and had all the essentials! Communication with the host was very quick."

"This home was perfect for our group! We traveled 7.5 hours in for a wedding and did not make it until after midnight. The host knew we would be in late so they left lights on for us, and there was a basket of snacks on the counter. We have a 2 year old and he quickly found toys and puzzles. "This is our second time staying here and we will be back every year! We bring our family for cheer competition at the wharf. This year I was very close to delivering our baby and wasn’t sure if we would make it, the host was so accommodating. The outdoor set up is so nice, our whole family (my husband and I, 6 kids) really enjoyed watching a movie together and being able to eat together at the table.
