"Very nice place. Would stay again. (suggestion: Put a real door on the bathroom, not a sliding barn door. It's not truly private.)"

"Non-smoking room had awful stale cigarette smoke smell. TV remote was missing batteries. Large stains on chair. Bed linens were dirty. Towels were washed but stained. No towel racks in bathroom. Floors were dirty. No hand soap at sink. Bedside table had sticky substance on it. Room location was poor with a lot of highway noise. "This property had no vacancies. Expedia booked me one night with its system showing availability with multiple rooms available despite the owner of the hotel advising Expedia that their rooms were not available and had been sold out. Now it will take 7-10 business days to refund my money that was debited from my account the minute I approved the transaction."

"It was our second time staying at Grey Pine Lodge. We had a king room on the second floor. Everything was perfect - clean room, comfortable bed, no issues with the door lock like we had on the previous stay."
