"Our family absolutely adored this little slice of calm. We brought our 1 and 4 year old and truly got to connect as a family in ways we often aren't able to back in the "real world". "This cottage was the perfect place for a weekend getaway in the Charlottesville area! It has a nice secluded feel and yet is close to wineries, grocery stores, etc. We were not bothered at all by the train or cars on 250. The house itself is even more charming than in the pictures with carefully selected touches for a tea room vibe. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Mary was very responsive to questions and all instructions were very helpful. I would definitely love to return!"

"Great location, clean and comfortable. Huge bathroom and nice amenities offered. Flawless interaction with hosts with lots of information provided. Perfection for us would have been a privacy fence on the back deck between the rental units separating the space, but I can see how the shared space works well for families or people traveling with friends. Maybe a privacy fence with a door... just a thought. "
