"Stay away from this property, we arrived and nothing what is was in the pictures. The owner of this property is using other pictures to pass this property off as legit. We arrived and left to a hotel within 15 minutes of arriving. We documented everything with pictures. The floors are not white or new, they are brown, with holes all over the place. "Space was perfect! even with the proximity to E Colfax Ave. the home feels like a safe haven considering it's reputation and the activity which occurrs along the throughfare."

"This was a great spot. Clean. The host was super easy to get a hold of because we couldn’t find the door, but he was very helpful and quick to answer back! Everything we needed was there an easy accessible! Thank you for the stay!!"

The only criticism I have is there was no mention of the quite steep staircase to climb in order to gain entrance. Being a senior, although fit, I needed help from my son to get my carryon size suitcase up and down the stairs. I think that should be mentioned in the VRBO posting."
