You certainly could not beat this location, a five minute walk to the beach. Alex was a terrific host, very responsive to any questions I had. The apartment was very clean and well stocked thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The property itself and the location are pretty great. Only negatives are street parking only, and Windward Ave can be kind of loud until late night as it is a cut through street from one of the main roads (Abbott Kinney) to the beach. Flip side to that is that you are super close to excellent dining/shopping/coffee/cocktails in one direction, and to the beach in the other direction! Overall it was a great rental experience.

A Must Stay

We could not have asked for more. This place was absolutely perfect. Itā€™s located by everything but still tucked away with enough privacy to enjoy some downtime. We had some of the best sleep of our lives. If I couldā€™ve strapped the mattress to the hood, I would have lol.. We give 10 stars. Thank you for being a great host and the beautiful stay! Highly recommend this place

Great stay and nice amenities! Alex was a nice host and very communicative. Thoughtful touches included making sure we got in okay, a bottle of wine, and snacks. Location is super close to the beach and street parking was very easy. Walls were a bit thin, which could bother light sleepers, but otherwise overall great stay.

Perfect Location

The location is great. Five minute (give or take) walk to the beach and Abbot Kinney Blvd. All the amenities are walking distance (restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc.). The host is great. Very responsive and hospitable. The set up has everything you need such as a fridge, microwave, dining table, etc. The shower is wonderful. Very secure with a locking gate from the street as well as the front door. Neighborhood felt safe. Very happy with our stay!

Stop looking. This is the one!

My wife and I stayed here for her birthday in January, and it was absolutely perfect. We live in San Francisco and had always wanted to hop over to LA for a weekend. This spot surpassed our expectations. Itā€™s super close to the beach, in a nice neighborhood, and so walkable to a ton of cute shops and restaurants. Not to mention that Alex is a phenomenal host! Not only was communication great, they even left a thoughtful birthday treat for my wife. One of our easiest and best VRBO stays ever. 10/10, would recommend.

Great location and easy place to stay in Venice. Only street parking which can be somewhat difficult on street cleaning days, during the days. The bathroom definitely needs to be updated. But the walls are thin and I could hear everything from the upstairs neighbor, walking around at 530am and closing cabinets.

Perfect Honeymoon

This home was clean and beautiful. Right down the street from Venice beach and boardwalk with a vast selection of shops and restaurants with easy access to the beach. Alex was extremely friendly and gracious and helped make my wife and Iā€™s honeymoon so special. He offered an amazing upgrade to the property and provided complimentary wine for us. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, all the stars- wonderful place to stay with wonderful hosts.

Alexā€™s place is in a perfect spot! Itā€™s only a few minutes from the beach, there are great restaurants and bars just down the street, shopping on Abbot Kinney is nearby, and LAX is relatively close. Alex was very kind and easy to communicate with!

This is our second time at this property. We enjoy the location close to Abbott Kinney, and to the beach. They welcome us with a bottle of wine and snacks and provided beach towels if necessary.

Perfect place for everything you need and want to enjoy,

Very nice, efficient space. Easy leisurely walk to multiple coffee shops. Numerous great restaurants very close as well. Less than 5 minute walk to Venice Beach Boardwalk. Marina del Rey is close. Santa Monica and Malibu are easy treks. Anywhere else is straightforward from the area. (Depending on your ability to adapt to LA driving.) Checking in is a breeze. TV station selection allows for good down time entertainment, if you need it. Hosts are responsive, but otherwise leave you to yourself. Once again, very laid-back situation. The Venice strip is full of variety. You want junk or high end, take your choice. More great food and drink. And if you are gluten free, the options far exceed anywhere I've been and are not hard to find. Check out Saints and Sinners bakery on Lincoln. Very short drive; 1/2-hour walk. Weather is cooler on the coast and walking is very comfortable. Bring a sweat for the morning and evenings.

amazing hospitality

the hosts let us check in accordingly to our arrival times, when we arrived the house studio was so welcoming, we loved our stay as it was clean and very cozy to stay the day in relaxing or go out and come back to a cozy environment, the wine and breakfast at our doorstep was over the top special for the holiday! highly recommend, definitely will re rent this studio when we revisit!
