Almost everything. The host didn’t give us any information about where to pick up keys and any rules about our stay until we reached out to her 12hrs before we left. It was a scavenger hunt to find the lock box with the key Heater in bedroom didn’t work nor did the fireplace The room wasn’t very clean. My husband had to mop the floors and we noticed that the exhaust vents in the bathroom were filthy. I felt like the host didn’t care about how we felt. She blame us because it was our first experience in a Vrbo rental. She could have given us more information regarding the use of streaming services which we would have had to bring personal passwords. All of this could have been done with just an informality instruction sheet of what to expect. Very unhappy with the host and the rental. It needs a lot of maintenance done!I hope this information helps so if it is rented out again guest will have a better experience PLEASE address these issues! We paid a lot of money for this rental and didn’t get what we paid for!
