Ocean Haven is a top-floor apartment with direct Pacific Ocean views from the living room and a private ocean-facing balcony with patio seating, perfect for morning coffee and sunsets.

The recently remodeled space sleeps up to 4 guests: a bedroom with a queen bed, Smart TV, closet and nightstands, plus a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker with starter pods, and all cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils. The living area features a 75-inch Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dining table for four. One full bathroom with bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, towels and essentials. A crib is available upon request.

Building amenities include complimentary gym access, elevator service from the garage to the top floor, and a shared laundry room with washer and dryer (paid). One reserved garage parking space is included free with your stay; additional free street parking is available subject to availability, and paid public parking is located directly across from the building.

The apartment has heating and portable fans are provided (please note there is no air conditioning). Self check-in is available through a lockbox with a physical key. Check-in from 3:00 PM; checkout by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout may be available on request, subject to availability. Pets are welcome. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No parties, events or gatherings, and no smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the balcony. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, with Redondo Beach Pier and waterfront dining within easy reach.
