Take a walk or run down the Ballona Creek Bike Path which leads down to the Marina and Playa Del Rey beach. Our cozy and stylish one-bedroom has everything you need for a comfortable extended stay including parking, comfy Aviya mattress, Miele washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, and fast wifi. Building is a duplex with hosts residing in the other unit if you need anything.
The space
This is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit in a two unit building. Bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite full bathroom. There is an open concept living area with full kitchen, dining nook, and living room. Washer and dryer are located in the bedroom closet. There is a small back patio that can be used for smoking as there is no smoking allowed inside.
