We live on the premises .
Newly upgraded bright and quiet .
Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, fine restaurants ,3rd Street Promenade shopping , organic supermarkets and metro station . Half a block to a bicycle rental station.
Pass parking.
This place is very cosy ,family friendly and quite.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and everything needed for cooking and eating, with peninsula and stools, a dinning table for four.

Full bathroom with bathtub.
A cosy couch, Cable TV , and Wifi.
Guests have a outside area ,with table and chairs, as well as the backyard garden area shared with the host.
We have a king size bed on the bottom and on the top of the platform a queen size bed.

My lover and I really enjoyed Emma’s backyard cottage. It had everything we needed - plenty of space, comfortable bed and couch, full kitchen with large peninsula. The location is great. There is a co-op grocery on one corner and public transit on the other. We walked to see a friend, to the beach, to food. One afternoon I was outside and watched three hummingbirds in the tree out front. It felt private and easy. Thank you, Emma!

Our stay was truly delightful, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to a variety of transportation options, including bikes, scooters, and trains, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after our days of adventure. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches and amenities provided, which made us feel right at home. Being able to ride bikes along the beach and effortlessly visit popular spots like the Griffith Observatory, The Grove, and Venice Beach added so much to our trip. The nearby shopping and dining options were fantastic, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. A friend & I flew into Santa Monica for the Dodgers-Braves series from Atlanta. The location is nice & easy walkable to the Pier. It's close to a rapid transit line too. We took the line so we could see LA. It's a good trip to take. The checkin was easy & the host very nice & easily available. We'd stay here again. Thank You

The check in process was very smooth. The owners allowed me to check in at about 1230 so it was MUCH EARLIER than the typical check in which helped me out after traveling in from Texas. The location is very safe. It’s right next to the train in the event you’d like to take it. But it’s still very close to the heart of Santa Monica.

Our hosts were very nice and accommodating. I would suggest another mirror. There is only one in the bathroom. Also, protective covers on the pillow cases since multiple people are sleeping on them. Otherwise everything was very clean and what we needed. The bunk bed on the top does make a lot of noise and creaks.

My son stayed here while finishing finals. He said the owners were very kind and helpful. He said the room was perfect and had everything he could need. Very easy check in process. We appreciated the owner’s quick responses to our inquiries. Definitely would stay again!

This may have been the only studio/one-bedroom space on VRBO in Santa Monica with two beds (one king, one queen) in the area. It was perfect for our needs for a 5-day visit. It had everything we needed for two adults who wanted our own bed, and we didn’t let our middle age keep one of us from getting up and down to the top bunk. The beds were very comfortable and we felt safe in the neighborhood. We didn’t take the metro but it was within a very easy walk if wanted to. We were within a few-minute ride to all the various restaurants and attractions of the area. We would definitely stay there again and hope to do so one day in the future.

Instructions were easy to follow, I was able to contact the hosts when needed, and the place was clean and as advertised. I'm not used to city living but the location felt safe and secured behind the home with a gate code required for entry.

The property is very conveniently located in Santa Monica, within walking distance of several cute places to eat and an east drive to the 10 and 405. The pier is a bit of a trek but we walked there and back and had a lovely evening. Air conditioning worked great and the guest house was nice and clean. Hosts were on site and great!
