Small One bedroom vacation rental apt (about 480 sq ft) designed for two! Up one flight of stairs, this upper level apartment is situated behind the owner's house above the garage and has everything you need for a perfect beach get away. WE have added new hard-wood floors and air conditioning for your comfort! It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 2 minute walk to famous 2nd street with it's boutiques and Cafes.

The Red bus will take you downtown in minutes, to the Pike, The Queen Mary, and the Aquarium of the Pacific. Once downtown you can take the metro link to Los Angeles, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills. You can also take the ferry to Catalina Island. If you have a car famous Surf City or Huntington Beach is a 10 minute drive, and Laguna Beach and Disneyland about 30 minutes drive. Just minutes away one can do kite-surfing, rent canoes, kayaks and sailboats. 3rd person $10 extra per night. $65 final cleaning in cash to be given for the maid. Standard rental contract to be signed. No Shoes, no pets - allergy free zone apt

Our stay was easy and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the neighborhood, with proximity to everything we needed! This worked perfectly for us. Carol and Traian made things very easy!

Place was a hidden little getaway Traian and Carol were responsive and helpful. If you have a desire to eat some great food and even go to the beach itā€™s literally steps away or a 3min straight car drive to its bustling locations. Also if you enjoy a firm bed then this is your spot to get away from reality and enjoy some bliss and great food: Thanks for the opportunity to stay and definitely allowed us to rejuvenate and relax for a bit.

Staying at this cozy beach apartment made our trip to visit family a special one; Carol and TraĆ­an have thought of all the details and were super on top of things with communication and making sure we were all set. Not to mention all of the great recommendations! The location is amazing, and we were especially charmed by all of the super-walkable restaurants nearby. Parking may be more of a challenge, but we didnā€™t need to worry about that this trip, so that wasnā€™t a challenge for us in this case.

Iā€™ve stayed here multiple times. Always a great stay, location is great in a very nice neighborhood. Communication with Carol and Traian is very prompt and detailed. Property comfortable and just like it is described. I recommend and will stay here again.

When my husband and I arrived at the property we realized it was not suitable enough for us to stay. The Property could definitely use a facelift.By the reviews of excellent, I was expecting so much more.When we sat on the sofa, the springs gave away and it was ripped and repaired with tape. A Very old hot plate was provided along with an old microwave and an even older refrigerator.It would be impossible to blow dry my hair with the plug being on the opposite side of the wall from the mirror, with one outlet.I have read some negative reviews and it seems the owner was just defensive and stated how lovely her apartment is and most people love staying there.Just beware

The owners are amazing. They are so helpful with everything, made it completely effortless. The place is so cute and clean. The location couldnā€™t be better if you want to be around beautiful walking areas, restaurants and shopping. Could not be happier, I will be back.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, and this indeed "Cozy Apartment" was perfect! The place was clean, the host were fantastic, the location was the best part. With the beach just down the street we would end every night with a beautiful view and in a really comfortable bed. Definitely a permanent stay everytime we come back to California from now on!

This little unit is situated on a quiet street within easy walking distance to 2nd street food & shopping attractions, and the beach.The general area is very nice, with lots to do nearby. The host was friendly and helpful. I would return.

My wife and I extended our cruise vacation for four days in Long Beach. Carol and Traian were fabulous. The suite is cozy and clean. Parking on the street in front of the property was never an issue. We were so grateful to see a Canadian flag out front for Canadian Flag day on Feb 15 too! Thanks for the hospitality and friendly space. Next time weā€™re in Long Beach, we will definitely stay again.

Loved the stay. Carole was great. She met me for check in. Her husband is a cool guy and did my check out. Belmont Shore is the best neighborhood in Long Beach. Just park your car and walk to 2nd street for a cup of coffee, a beer or a meal. This spot cannot be beat in terms of location. Carole was cool and genuinely interested in our comforts place is stocked. You really donā€™t need to bring much. Great spot and good people.

Interesting neighborhood with crowded older homes-some nicely kept and landscaped. Parking is very limited on the street. Entryway is long and narrow and interrupted by steps followed by outside stairs to entrance. This was difficult for us as we are aging seniors.

This was my very first time reserving a private property for travel accommodations (vs. a hotel). I was a little nervous as I have heard and read of some horror stories, but this was a great experience! The unit is in a well sought out area of Long Beach (near 2nd Street, Belmont Shore) and was clean and tidy as advertised. I love that the unit is tucked away for privacy and safety-especially great when youā€™re traveling solo. I am actually a LB native, but currently live out of state and regularly come home to visit my family and friends who live all over SoCal, so the location was centrally located to everyone conveniently. Anyone who knows the city knows parking can be tricky, but I didnā€™t have too much issue at all! The owner (Carol) was sweet and welcoming and made sure I knew she and her husband were available if anything was needed. I will likely stay again when I come back out and highly recommend this property! :)

The apartment is at the back of a main house and up some stairs. Its location is outstanding. You can easily walk to Second Street where there is so much happening, so many places to eat, shop, etc. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. Inside, the apartment is a perfect size for a couple or a small family. The bed in the pullout couch is comfortable too. Not a bad thing to say about the place at all.
