This is a Private second-floor home newly constructed in 2021 in a quiet part of Reseda.
Private entrance, Private parking for 1 car and a Private balcony with a beautiful view of the flora surrounding us.
We are only two miles from highway 101, making this an affordable comfortable location that has easy access to all of Los Angeles.
The space
The 600 sq ft apartment has one bedroom and a den/bedroom. Bedroom has a queen bed and the den/bedroom has a sofa bed. There is a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, a toaster and plenty of glasses, cooking utensils and silverware. There is four-person dinning table in the kitchen and there are four more chairs and a table on the balcony where you can eat al fresco.
There is a separate work nook with a desk and chair.
It's a complete home, with all the comforts that make a home a home, like an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and cleaning supplies. Just bring your toothbrush!
There are two smart Amazon Fire TV's on which you can log into your own streaming services.
The safety of our guests and cleaning crew is paramount. We follow Airbnb's 5-Step enhanced cleaning protocol.
One member of our family is cynophobic, another suffers from severe allergies and we follow a religious dictum against the presence of animals indoors. So sadly, no pets are allowed.
This space is ideal for those suffering from allergies; animals have never entered.
This is a second floor home so there is a flight of steps upon entry to the building.
Shoes are strictly prohibited to keep the unit immaculate. We provide both indoor and outdoor shoe racks at the entrance of the building. Please do not reserve if you cannot abide by this rule.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire second floor dwelling.
Other things to note
- Hosts are allergic to dander and follow a religious dictum against presence of animals inside the home.
- Our parking is made for small cars as it is a tight drive. Rent a small car and be mindful of trees and fences on either side of the driveway.
