The owner actively manages the property and responds to queries quickly. We had an issue with the coffee maker (possibly due to operator error) and he delivered a new one to the door within two hours. BTW, don’t be put off by the requirement to provide names of day visitors and overnight guests - it’s dictated by...

"Peri & Johnny are amazing hosts! The apartment is well decorated and they go over and above as hosts by providing coffee and some snacks. Their dog Cassie is friendly and good with other dogs. The hot tub was clean and well cared for. Really could not have asked for more."

The beds are so cozy, the kitchen is well appointed, the view and lake are beautiful. It is big, too...lots of room to spread out. Everything is just really thoughtfully and very nicely put together. We were under the impression it was a private retreat and had our stuff out when a huge group showed up to use the boat launch. "Great location, close to lots of amenities. Very comfortable and well stocked. The Milo level lay out worked well for 7 adults. The patio is a nice spot to visit and hangout. We would definitely stay here again."
