"Condo was adorable and very conveniently located, literally steps to beach! I was surprised to find a couple small pieces of trash, nothing nasty, just empty Parmesan cheese packets) laying behind the trash can in the room. Upon entering, the lights and tv were on, and for a second I questioned whether the room was already occupied. "The accommodations were as described. The check-in/out process was easy. Only stayed for one night and did not take advantage of the amenities. There is a cute view of the beach, although I did not get to enjoy the balcony due to the cold temperature. "

"The condo is outfitted perfectly for an enjoyable vacation. Bay Watch is a great family oriented spot in North Myrtle Beach. Our kids loved the many indoor and outdoor pools, and beach access was perfect. Had breakfast each day at the buffet, which was super tasty and affordable. The other restaurant on the facility, Fish Tales, blew us away with their unbelievably tasty menu, and awesome adult beverages. Five stars all around!"

"Rooms were run down and filthy. The furniture was falling apart, pull out couch was broken, safe didn't work, dresser draws were broken, paint chipping off wall, the floor looked like a dirty mop was ran over the floor, carpets in the bedroom had dirt built up on The floors around the bed. The view was beautiful and the amenities were very nice but I will not stay in a Vacasa-managed rental again."

"Easy check in, exaclty as listed. Great for spring break trip! Only downside was couldn't get the wifi to work nor the TV. Only other downside was the service in the bar and grille restaurant was not the best but pools and hot tub made up for it. Definitely would stay again! "
