"5 minute walking distance to the beach. You won’t be let down. I had a marvelous experience."

"The staff at the front desk were amazing! I needed time and space to do a lot of office work. They let me check in early AND they upgraded me to a larger room so I could spread out. Very considerate. This hotel has earned a repeat customer for sure!"

"Room was very clean and staff very friendly & helpful"

"We had to take cold showers. No hot water in our room. Smelt like cigarettes through the front and down the hallway. Continental breakfast was suppose to be included. There was nothing continental about it. I will say the haunted house was a plus."

"Great place to stay in the Long Beach WA area. Staff is very communicative, check in and check out were easy. Very convenient to restaurants and Cape Disappointment. Wonderful stay!"

"Great experience, clean well equipped facility. Lots to do. Can't wait to come back and stay longer."

"As a senior it is hard to get use to everything on line and no staff around. Other than that the renovations are very well done and the location was good."

"This is a most unique and enjoyable b&b. The property is beautifully restored and maintained and extremely comfortable. The owners, Ken and Candi, are very much involved in the running of this delightful b&b and were instrumental in making my wife and my stay a weekend event and not just a place to stay for the night. Location is great in Ilwaco. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and is in a central location to take advantage of the entire Long Beach, Cape Disappointment area. ...

"Great location and very quiet. Clean and comfortable, small and cozy. Would stay here again."

"Great location and excellent communication"

"Utmost perfect location! They also do not play around with check out times, we were completely out of the home, however thought we might be able to leave the car parked while we enjoyed breakfast/one more beach run, but the cleaning lady was directly"
