**PLEASE NOTE that though not advertised, there is an outbuilding in the garden for use as an additional social area when it’s raining. This can only be used during the day as there is no power in the outbuilding. The outbuilding is not part of the booking but guests are free to use.

➞ If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in.

➞ To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximize guest experience, we require fortnightly cleaning and linen changeovers (included) for long-term bookings.

➞ Weekly housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee if required.
