Impeccable Modern 2BR Apartment Peachy Stays

This brand-new apartment features two spacious double bedrooms, dedicated workspaces, high-speed broadband, and a large balcony. Perfectly located for easy access to London’s top attractions and business hubs.

-Three-minute walk to supermarket, gym, buses, and Limehouse Station
-Bed linen and towels provided

Smoking and parties are prohibited.

The space:
Modern new apartment in a new purpose built block of flats with lift, automatic ventilation system, fully equipped kitchen and two dedicated working places.

Guest access:
Electronic lock with a key. Self-check in.

Other things to note:
Main guest must provide clear and fully readable passport (UK citizens - any government issued official ID), address and telephone number four days before check-in via any available secure channel.

Terms and Conditions

2. Quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00, no excessive noise during this time please.

3. Smoking, vaping (including balcony), parties and events are prohibited. The apartment has smoking, noise and crowd detection equipment. In case of smoking or vaping by anyone in the apartment or tampering or disconnecting smoke detector, the guests obliged to pay a fee of £200.

4. No commercial photography or filming is allowed without prior consent.

5. Overcrowding and exceeding the maximum permitted amount of guests is prohibited.

6. At night interaction with the host or their representative is not available. If you are contacted by a host or their representative, please respond within 12 hours. If you do not respond within 12 hours the host or their representative have the right to enter the property.

7. The host or their representative have the right to enter the property in the case they have reasonable concerns about guests or other persons safety or possibility of property damage or violation of these terms and conditions.

8. On departure - leave the keys inside the apartment and lock it.

9. Cleaning: Do not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (e.g., moldy dishes, dirty carpets, pet stains, etc.). Cleaning fees are only intended to cover the cost of standard cleaning between bookings.

10. Litter – Please place trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.

11. Damage: When guests cause damage beyond normal wear and tear, we expect you to notify hosts of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are required to pay reasonable compensation if they are responsible for damages, missing items, or unexpected excessive cleaning fees.

12. Using, storing, or charging e-scooters, e-bikes and other electronic means of transport with batteries is not allowed at the property for fire safety reasons.

13. No pets allowed.

14. Key loss charge £200.

15. Do not try to open locked utility rooms, cupboards and other locked areas. This is for staff use only.

16. Read the front door's lock manual and always keep the front door locked. There is an alarm system that activates after two minutes if the door is not locked properly.

17. Overstay. In case of unauthorised overstay the guest is responsible for overstay fee in the amount of up to one night rate and any expenses that host suffered during such an unauthorised overstay.

18. The property is equipped with external front door camera and noise detection equipment.

19. In case guests are in breach of any section of these terms and conditions the reservation is cancelled immediately without any refund or compensation and all guests must vacate the property immediately. The guests must compensate to the host all direct and indirect expenses caused by the breach of these terms and conditions.

Nice apartment, location only ok

The apartment is very nice, well stocked, and maintained. The building is nice and clean with good security. The noise from the above-ground trains can be disturbing at times. The listing only details times to drive to various destinations which was not as useful for us since we did not rent a car. The Stepney Green underground station is an easy 15 minute walk which makes getting around London really easy. There are stores around but the restaurants that are in the area do not stay open late enough if you spend time sightseeing so consider that when scheduling tours and the like.

A very enjoyable stay in a comfortable appartment

we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. the owner gave very clear instructions about access to the apartment which were very helpful. the apartment has all you need after a busy day in town: good beds, nice living room, good balcony, kitchen and bathroom modern and clean. apartment is located near the Limehouse underground station with two small supermarkets around the corner. recommended!

Nice and Convenient Place

The apartment is nice and as described except that we never found the hot tub mentioned in the description. The check in process did not go well as the keys were not in the lock box. It turned out the maid was still cleaning at our check in time. Whenever I sent messages to the host, all I got were canned responses. The phone number in the app went to VRBO customer service so never spoke with the host but we eventually got in. All went smoothly after that. The street looks a little dodgy but we never felt unsafe and we really appreciated how convenient this location is!

Very nice and clean apartment

It was a very nice apartment. We were 2 couples that stayed here and e we really enjoyed. Apartment had all that we needed. Location is not the best one, but accessible via public transport without any issues.

Sehr angenehm, modernes, neues, großes Apartment, groß genug für eine vierköpfige Familie. Entspricht voll der online Beschreibung. Viele Kleinigkeiten frei für die Gäste: Tee, Kaffee, Öl, Nudeln, Kakao, Haferflocken und im Bad alles mögliche bis Zahnpasta für die Kinder (wir waren nur zwei Erwachsenen, haben viele Sachen nicht gebraucht). Sehr ruhig, da im sechsten Stock. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, sowohl mit der U-Bahn( DLR) als auch mit verschiedenen Buslinien. Man ist in 25 Minuten im Zentrum von London. Die 4 von 5 Sternen, weil das Apartment eben außerhalb liegt und nicht im Zentrum. Man kann erst um 16:00 Uhr einchecken und das Gepäck wird nicht aufbewahrt. Man muss selber sehen, wohin mit dem Gepäck bis 16:00 Uhr. Ein Nachteil für uns war auch, dass sich das Fenster im Schlafzimmer nicht öffnen ließ. Es gab zwar eine automatische Klimaanlage und Heizung, aber frische Luft ist für uns sehr wichtig. Die online Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter verlief problemlos. Das einzige Problem war die nicht genannte 3 Tage Frist zum Einreichen der Legitimationsdokumenten. Bei der Buchung stand es nur prior to arrival! Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen mit ein paar kleinen Abzügen.

Great flat only minutes to London

We had a wonderful week here in this very nice flat. It is in a secure building, perfectly clean, good Wifi and everything you might need for a short or longer stay. Just two blocks from DLR. Lots of stores and food places as well as the Docks for a nice stroll are just steps away.

Quick Weekend Family Trip

The property is just as described. The apartment was clean and was loaded with essentials. There were Kit-Kats in the kitchen which my son was a big fan of. The beds were comfortable, the TV was massive, and the space overall gave us everything we needed for a weekend. The host communicated well during our stay. Would stay there again.

Great attention to detail!

We only stayed here for one night, and my son said that he wished we had stayed the whole week instead of another place we had booked. What impressed me the most was the attention to details. There were little amenities, like a tray over the bathtub, or squeegee in the shower. Certainly no deal breaker at any of the other places, but this just demonstrates the level of care that's put into your stay. Loved the view and the quirky little statues and fun art on the wall. The London Marathon happened to be going on. That made it harder to get to (not the host's fault), so it was still being cleaned when we got there. These things happen, and the host communicated everything very well. Definitely worth a longer stay.

This place is okay to stay

This place is okay to stay. The flat itself was very nice and well kept. It was stated, but note there is a camera outside and INSIDE the flat, which we thought was a little weird. The checkin/checkout is a little complicated. Yes, there are instructions and pictures but there are a lot of steps to do and when you're on vacation was hard to take the time to complete them all successfully. Not the best neighborhood. Is right next to a train station, which you could hear every few minutes, but we were able to block the sound out. Was close to tower bridge area, but you couldn't walk to it. We ended up taking an ubor. All in all was okay/fine to stay in.
