Spacious house & large garden in Leytonstone, perfect for families & groups

Spacious family home & garden, 10 minutes to fast transport links into Central London. Our family home is perfect for families, or large groups, located on on a leafy, quiet street in a friendly neighbourhood with Epping Forest on the doorstep. There are great transport links (30 mins) into Central London. With a large eat-in kitchen, south facing garden & double lounge, our home is light and airy & the perfect base to explore London and beyond. The house comes with our ever friendly, low maintenance cat Milo!

The house comfortably sleeps up to 6 people but can easily accomodate 8 people across 4 bedrooms. There are 2 recently renovated bathrooms for guests, a kitchen perfect for entertaining with double doors onto a large south facing terrace & garden which gets the sun all day long. In summer the house is cool, light and airy and in winter nice & cosy with the open fire in the lounge. You'd have access to the whole house and garden (with BBQ etc). It's a great home away from home for families, with plenty of games for kids & TV streaming channels available to view.

The house is superbly located on the edge of Wanstead Park with beautiful country walks right on the door step and lots of trendy cafes and restaurants 5 mins from the house. There is a great children's playground 3 min walk away and a large supermarket where you can buy everything you need for your stay about 10 mins walk. The location is perfect if you want an easy journey into see the sights of Central London - 10 min walk to Leytonstone tube & then 20 mins on the Central Line - but it's super peaceful and quiet to retreat to after a busy day in town!

Guest access:
There is a lock box on site where we will leave the keys for you to access on arrival. There is on-street parking available. We are happy to provide visitor parking permits for one vehicle. If more are required for additional vehicles, these can be purchased from us at a minimal cost.

There is outdoor patio furniture to use - dining table & chairs and a comfy sofa that doubles as a sun lounger! - as well as footballs for children to play with, plus toys & indoor games. The TV has streaming channels including Netflix & Disney along with Amazon Prime (you'll just need to log in using your own account).
