Refurb’d 3 bed house near Wembley with Hot Tub!

Our house is a lovely renovated 3 bedroom home which is a 10 minute drive from Wembley with direct bus and train links to Wembley and central London.

Tucked away in a peaceful residential area, our house was fully renovated in January 2018 and is equipped with a large garden and driveway. Perfect for large families, small groups or solo travellers, our house can comfortably sleep up to 10 people (based on 6 people sharing the double beds in the 3 bedrooms and 4 more making use of our spacious air beds)

Check-in: from 4:00pm
Checkout: by 10:00am

-Guest access: Entire house
We’ve added a brand new hot tub which seats up to 7 people and can be used throughout the year. The cost of the hot tub is an additional £85 (for up to 3 consecutive nights) which must be paid before your booking and a £100 refundable deposit if you would like to use this.
If you wish to stay longer and want to use the hot tub, we will give you a special price when you enquire.

- House information -
We have a self check in system for our guests. We will give you a code which will allow you to retrieve the key and check yourselves in. Parking:
The entrance of our gated driveway is narrow for larger cars at 2.2m wide, but the driveway itself is 8.7m long. There is free street parking within the immediate area too -mainly to the left hand side of the house along Mordaunt Road and there’s free street parking along Carlyle Road, Lawrence Avenue and Milton Avenue

Our house has 3 bedrooms with double-sized beds in each room. In the living room we can fit another 2 double-bed sized air beds (pictured). If you require any airbeds for your stay, please message us prior to request for 1 or both airbeds. (So it can be setup with bedsheets, pillows, duvets etc)

During your stay, guests are more than welcome to use our washing machine . We have also installed an instant hot and ice cold water system so our guests can enjoy instant hot coffee or enjoy an ice cold drink of water in seconds. Basic refreshments (tea, coffee,sugar) are provided and there is a De’longhi coffee machine.

DO NOT BOOK WITH US IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO THROW A PARTY /GATHERING OR BRING MORE THAN 10 GUESTS. We will cancel the booking and not issue you a refund. This is a quiet residential area and we reserve the right to request money for any damage caused in light of breaking our house rules. Quiet hours are between 1900-0700

Stayed here with small group of friends and family for 2 nights and went to Dua Lipa concert at Wembley stadium on the first night and made it a long weekend. Very good location. 5 minute walk to Station with Bakerloo line.

The property was clean and as described. Our biggest complaints were 1. The neighborhood did not seem super safe 2. We had a VERY hard time fitting our rental car in the driveway and 3. The pillows were lumpy. Joyce was very responsive when we couldn't figure out how to use things correctly.

Great stay in Wembley really easy access to everywhere. We came to visit Harry Potter and London Town and the hot tub was a welcome bonus. Place was perfect. Super safe place in the heart of Wembley. Less than 5 mins to tube.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gepflegt und tadellos sauber. Die Betten sind gemütlich und die Küche ist mit vielen nützlichen Geräten ausgestattet (Toller Wasserspender! ;-)) Der kleine Garten/die Terasse hinterm Haus ist überdacht und man kann dort gut sitzen, wenn das Wetter passt. Die Gegend, in der das Haus liegt, ist teilweise schon etwas heruntergekommen - vor sich hin gammelnde Häuser und ziemlich viel Müll überall, aber es gibt in fußläufiger Entfernung mehrere kleine Lebensmittelläden oder auch einen chippie. Die nächste U-Bahn Haltestelle ist Harlesden und liegt gerade einmal 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Leider war sie bei unserem Aufenthalt gerade außer Betrieb, sodass wir entweder den Bus nehmen oder ca. 15 Minuten bis Willesden Junction laufen mussten. War aber beides auch kein Problem. Um in die City zu kommen, dauert es ca. 45 - 60 Minuten, je nachdem wohin man will. Insgesamt können wir das Haus auf alle Fälle als Ausgangspunkt für einen London-Aufenthalt empfehlen - wir als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Kindern im Teenageralter haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We were two families for a total of 9 with kids ranging 10-16 and London was our first stop of a month long trip. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and worked well for families. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the train station so perfect for getting into the heart of the city for all the touristy adventures on either the overground or underground. The grocery is a short bus ride or manageable walk away. Park for running or for kids to play close by. Joyce was very responsive to questions before and during our trip. We enjoyed our time here!

This place was beautiful and spotless. I didn't realize the distance from popular attractions were so far away. An Uber was roughly 45 minutes. The property itself was perfect, loved the patio outside as well. Very easy check in and out.

Overall rental had everything we needed. Pictures make it appear bigger than it actually is. No air conditioning upstairs so had to leave windows open at night, noisy street. Neighborhood was sketchy. Walkable to train station and grocery store.

We enjoyed our stay at Joyce's property. It was clean, cozy and had all the amenities we needed. The property is very close to the tube station, so making our way into London was a breeze. There were shops and a lovely pub in close proximity which meant we didn't have to go far for some meals/snacks.

This house was perfect for our family of 6. The beds are very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for what we needed. The walk to the tube stop is short, and the neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to most tourist locations from the Harlesden stop. There are a couple little grocery store/markets next to the tube, so everything we needed was easy to walk to (~5 min walk) We'd definitely stay here again

Maison très propre été très bien situé à 5 min du métro. 30 min à peine du centre de Londres. Juste un petit bémol une seule salle de bain pour 9 c’était un peu juste mais sinon je recommande ce logement.

From start to finish Joyce was always in contact with me , me and my family loved staying there ,it was close to enoyht to travel back and forths to central London ,nice quiet area ,shops etc just a stone's throw ,the house was emmaculate clean and tidy ,enough towels to go round the rooms was big spacious and comfortable hot tub was a big hot with us all . My only complaint and not a big one was the TV's in the room I felt they were too small and didn't compliment the rooms other than 5 stars all round and I would definitely stay there again.

Maison très agréable, nous étions 9 tout s'est bien passé mais plus adaptée pour 6 personnes. A 3 mn d'une station de métro, très bon emplacement. Dommage que cette station était fermée pendant notre séjour pour cause de travaux. Nous avons pu prendre des bus en remplacement. Nous étions à 45mn du centre de Londres environ, tout dépend où vous allez car la ville est très étendue. Très bons contacts avec Joyce. Merci ! Nous recommandons ce lieu!

Very nice for location. Joyce was a wonderful host. Had 3 separate Vrbo booked in 3 countries for trip. This is the only one that worked out and was accurate. Would definitely recommend to cute guests. Easily accessible to downtown London

Online contact with Joyce was very friendly and she answered very quick. Everything was clean and well prepared for us, due to our wishes and we never had to worry about anything. (Even body and hair wash was there :-) thanks again! ) the size of the rooms is great. And the kitchen is well equipped, too. Check in and out was easy via key locker. We really enjoyed our stay here and in London in general. And the apartment is very close to the underground train, so it is very easy to find the way to London city. We felt like being at home. Thank you for everything and maybe we are able to come back in one of the next years...

Clean and well equipped property, nice garden area with table and chairs and hot tub we rented at additional cost. Fantastic communication from property manager including information about local area. Harlesden tube station and overground station a 3 min walk from property. 2 local food shops and takeaway at end of street. Would recommend property to other families, we were 2 adult couples and 5 yr old

Bit Dubious about the area could only fit 1 car on drive but managed to find on street parking Place was clean and well equipped but a little shabby. Easy access to tube station
