WELCOME TO YOUR BLOOMSBURY HIDEOUT
Tucked just off Grays Inn Road, this one-bedroom Bloomsbury flat is your little pocket of calm in the centre of everything. You’re a short walk from High Holborn (11 mins), the British Museum, and enough cafés to ruin your oat flat white budget — in the best way. The moment you step inside, the pace softens. Though the street outside hums with the gentle rhythm of London life, the flat itself faces the rear — making it a surprisingly peaceful retreat.
The layout is simple and smart: a serene bedroom with built-in storage and soft lighting, a comfortable living space that’s perfect for slow starts or cosy evenings in, and a fully equipped kitchen that’s made for actual cooking (or romantic attempts at it).
There’s fast Wi-Fi for working or streaming, a table for eating or journalling, and thoughtful touches throughout. We’ve included a starter pack with complimentary tea, coffee, travel-size toiletries, and basic essentials to ease you into your stay. Need more? Tesco and Sainsbury’s are both just around the corner.
Outside, you’re walking distance to Farringdon, Russell Square, and Holborn Tube stations. Exmouth Market, Lamb’s Conduit Street, and some of the city’s best little shops and eateries are all within reach.
Whether you’re here for a weekend or a longer stay, this flat wraps you in comfort, calm, and classic London charm. It may sit on a lively road, but what you get inside is peace — and a beautiful base to explore the city.
You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.
THE PRACTICAL BITS (WE PROMISE TO KEEP IT BRIEF!)
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. If you’d like to arrive earlier or leave a little later, let us know in advance — we’ll always try to accommodate where possible, though it is subject to availability and an additional fee.
Please ensure you're ready to check out on time. Our cleaning team often arrives promptly, and a £20 fee per half hour will apply for unauthorised late check-outs or early arrivals.
Keys: You’ll receive specific instructions the day before check-out on where to leave the keys — it’s important these are followed, as missed steps can delay our cleaning team and affect other guests. A £50 fee will apply if keys aren’t returned correctly.
Lost keys requiring lock replacement will incur a £100 charge. If you get locked out and we need to attend the property, there’s a £50 call-out fee, so please do take care of the keys during your stay.
Parking: There’s no private parking available with the property. However, there are several convenient and cost-effective options nearby:

Parkopedia and Just Park for affordable local spaces (often offered by residents) If using ZipCar, please note that parking is not included in their rental fee and must be arranged separately.
Family Facilities: A travel cot is available to hire for £40, which covers delivery and collection. Please bring your own cot bedding. If you’d also like a high chair, we can provide both for a total of £45 for your stay.
Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. A £200 fee will apply if smoking is detected.
Extra Guests & Noise: No additional guests are permitted without prior agreement. This is a peaceful, residential building, and we kindly ask that there be no parties or loud music. Breaching either rule may result in a £250 fine.
Lost Property: Please check carefully before you leave! Forgotten items are handled by a third-party courier who charges a minimum of £25 per item, plus delivery costs.
Property Management: This home is professionally managed by Pass the Keys®, offering hotel-standard hospitality in unique homes. You’ll enjoy fresh linens, quality toiletries, 24/7 guest support, and a dedicated local team to assist you throughout your stay. The property has been personally inspected and approved to meet our Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed
