A lovely dining room for shared meals and a modern kitchen equipped with all essentials, including a fridge-freezer, blender, pans, utensils, knives, and plates—no need to bring anything extra!

A private garden is available for guests to enjoy time with family and friends.

An extra toilet is conveniently located on this level.

Upstairs:

Master Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and bedside table.

Double Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside table.

A full bathroom with a bath, shower, and modern shampoo, body wash, and conditioner dispenser.

We provide fresh towels, bedding, and pillows to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Parking:

There is restricted residential parking in the area. However, I can provide a visitor parking permit for up to 24 hours—please let me know in advance so I can arrange and pay for it on your behalf. After 6:00 PM, parking is free, but please note that the area can be quite busy during that time🅿️.
