Whether you are planning a London getaway, visiting family, travelling for work, or looking for a great base for a longer stay, the house offers an easy balance of privacy and space to spend time together. Ideally suited to 8 guests, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 if needed.

- Living Room: The welcoming main living room features a generous corner sofa bed, Smart TV, and coffee table. It is a comfortable place for everyone to gather, relax with a film, or plan the next day’s adventures.
For families travelling with little ones, a baby high chair and changing mat are provided to make your stay a little easier.

Please note that the sofa beds in the living room and Bedroom 4 are available upon request only. As they require an additional set of linen, an extra fee applies. If you would like to use any of them, please let us know before your arrival.

- Bedroom 2: Also on the first floor, this welcoming double bedroom gives couples, friends, or family members a private space to unpack and settle in. Its Smart TV, storage, and ensuite shower room make leisurely mornings and relaxed evenings that little bit easier.
- Bedroom 3: Set apart on the second floor, this cosy double bedroom has a quiet, tucked-away feel. Rear windows and a roof window bring in natural light, while a Smart TV, storage, and a private ensuite shower room make it a comfortable retreat at the end of a busy day.
- Bedroom 4: Situated on the ground floor, this light-filled room adds valuable flexibility for families and groups. It can be prepared as an additional bedroom with its sofa bed or enjoyed as a second lounge where guests can read, watch TV, or have a little time to themselves. A generous rooflight and direct garden access give the room an airy, relaxed character.

A separate garden studio is available for storing luggage and personal belongings but is not intended as sleeping accommodation.
- Parking & EV Charging: The property offers generous off-street parking for up to four vehicles, with two spaces at the front and two additional spaces accessible through the garden gate. Two EV charging points are available for complimentary use. Guests will need to bring their own compatible charging cable, as cables are not provided.

Professionally cleaned before every arrival, the house provides a fresh and convenient base where friends and families can settle in, spend time together, and feel at home throughout their stay in West London.

Guests will enjoy private access to the entire house and garden throughout their stay, along with off-street parking and complimentary use of the EV charging points. If you plan to charge your vehicle, please bring a compatible charging cable, as these are not provided.

Additionally, a cycle stand outside the front of the property provides space for up to five bikes.

The garden studio is available for convenient luggage storage but is not intended for sleeping or use as a living space.

- Hayes & Harlington Station: The nearest railway station is around a 20–25-minute walk or a short local bus or taxi journey. It is served by the Elizabeth line and National Rail.
- Elizabeth Line: From Hayes & Harlington, direct trains reach Paddington in approximately 20 minutes, with onward services to Bond Street, Tottenham Court Road, Farringdon, Liverpool Street, and Canary Wharf. This is generally the simplest way to travel into Central London.
- Local Buses: Several bus stops are located approximately 2–4 minutes’ walk from the house. Services provide connections around Hayes, to Hayes & Harlington Station, and towards Heathrow. Contactless payment and Oyster cards can be used on London buses.
- Heathrow Airport: Elizabeth line services run directly from Hayes & Harlington to Heathrow, with the train journey to Terminals 2 & 3 taking approximately 10 minutes. Travel times to Terminals 4 and 5 are slightly longer.

Check-in & Check-out:

- Confirm arrival time at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a smooth check-in
- Late check-out (available if requested in advance): is £30 per hour (latest possible checkout time is 1 PM)
- Unauthorised late check-out: £50 per hour

House Rules:

- Smoking is strictly prohibited – penalty £500
- Parties are not allowed – any signs of gatherings may result in a £500 fine
- Moving or rearranging furniture is not permitted – penalty £100
- Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings, to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
