Check-in & Optional Services
To help protect our properties and community while ensuring a seamless guest experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider).
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a pre-check-in link where you can securely confirm your arrival details. Depending on your booking, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of our guest screening and protection process.

Check-in instructions with photos
Your access code, which becomes available at your confirmed check-in time (usually 3 PM)
We also offer several optional extras to enhance your stay. These services are not included in the standard booking and can be arranged upon request:
Early check-in or late check-out – £15 per additional hour (before 3 PM or after 10 AM, subject to availability)
Additional bedding sets – £30 per set, delivered by our laundry on your chosen day
Mid-stay refresh clean – £66 (light clean, no linen change)
Baby equipment hire – £30 (includes baby cot without bedding, baby bath, and high chair)
In-person check-in or luggage assistance – Please book in advance to ensure availability:
£80 until 5 PM
£120 from 5 PM to 10:30 PM
£200 after 10:30 PM (due to added taxi costs)
These extras are entirely optional and offered for convenience only. To add any of them to your booking, simply reply to your confirmation email or use the Guest Portal link.

1. General Conduct
- Let us know if you need anything—we’re happy to help!
- Only the guests listed in your reservation may stay overnight. Contact us if you’d like to invite visitors.
- Guests under 18 must be supervised at all times.
- Please treat the space with care. Do not move or remove furniture and items—you may be charged for damages or excessive cleaning.
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
2. Respect for Neighbours
- Keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (no loud music, shouting, or gatherings).
- Please do not engage with neighbours—contact us via chat or call in urgent situations.
- Drones and other unmanned vehicles are not allowed without permission.
3. Fire Safety
- No smoking indoors (including vapes) or in the courtyard.
- No open flames—this includes candles, fireworks, or lanterns.
- Do not cover electric radiators—use the provided airer for drying clothes.
- Keep communal areas clear—these are emergency exits.
- EV charging (including e-bikes/scooters) from domestic sockets is not allowed.
4. Cleanliness
- Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment.
- Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal.
5. Pets
- Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
- Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee.
- Pets must never be left unattended.
- If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.

2. The key boxes are on the wall to the left of the front door.
3. The bottom Igloo key box stores keys for flat C (code available at your confirmed check-in time in this app's 'Door codes' section).
4. Introduce the code, followed by the padlock icon in the middle of the key box's screen and pull it open to retrieve the keys.
