Location is great however there are things that made the stay a bit rough. One of the toilets in the unit has problems with flushing. There weren’t instructions on the switches in the kitchen being able to turn off the water heater and being able to turn off the fridge. Closet in the master bedroom is wobbly and has an odor. Don’t overlook like we did that the only shower is in the master bedroom and if traveling with friends they must come thru to use it. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work very well and you end up with a hot and steamy bathroom and bedroom. For the level of rules being requested to be followed and reminded of so many times you would think the place wld be on top of repairs to make it more enjoyable. .

We happened to be in London when it was unseasonably cold. The flat had no heat. We were literally shivering. I reached out and we were told it would take a long time to fix and we could check out if we wanted. We were there from the US. Kinda hard to find a place last minute. It was disappointing how the situation was handled (actually not handled). They didn’t even offer additional blankets or anything. There were no extras in the flat either.
