1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. Clean linen and towels provided

Dedicated kitchen facilities, including fridge/freezer, oven/hob and all necessary utensils.

En-Suite bathroom with enclosed shower (rain shower and handheld shower)

Free, fast Internet/WIFI (BT Infinity)

Hairdryer, Iron & Ironing Board.

Dedicated washer and dryer.

Good sized wardrobe for clothes and luggage.

TV in both the bedroom and living area.

Free parking is available on driveway. Please let me know in advance.

We respect the privacy of our guests but are available at short notice if help is required.

Quiet area with great local amenities, including shopping centres and restaurants.

Grocery stores and amenities are all close by. 3 large supermarkets 5-10 minutes walk and grocery stores, restaurants and amenities less than 5 mins walk.

Colindale is in North West London and is local to many popular points of interest, including, Wembley Stadium & Arena, Camden Town, Hampstead, St Johns Wood, Primrose Hill and Hyde Park

There are many parks in the area, each with large green space and a dedicated play area for children.

The area is safe and the neighbours are very friendly.

Colindale station offers quick access to Central London (25 mins) and other popular destinations such as Camden Town (15 mins) and Hampstead (10 mins). Trains are very frequent (every 3 mins).

Many buses operate in the area. Popular destinations include Wembley (83 bus), Brent Cross Shopping Centre (142), Watford (142) and Kilburn (32).

For taxi’s, Uber operate in the area. They are cheap and usually available within minutes.

There is good access to London Airports. The apartment is very close to Heathrow and Luton by Taxi. There is a direct overground train available from Gatwick to Hendon Station (60 mins).

Pets are welcome as long as they are clean. Please agree with me in advance.

Long and short-term guests are both welcome.

Suitable for both work and leisure.

Perfect place to stay

i’ve been there for 5 days and i’ve been out of the house almost the all days from the early morning till evening, so i’ve never fully use the house. but it is perfectly equipped, kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with a comfortable sofa bed. the apartment it’s not that big but we were four of us and we were pretty comfortable. i strongly recommend this house, well connected with the center. thank you Simon!

Lovely Apartment in North London

The aparment is part of a three apartment bulding in the north of London. Shopping opportunities are within 10 minutes walking in either direction. Busses and Tube are close by. All the essentials are provided. We also used the sofa bed which was quite comfortable. Simon was reachable via message at all time and provided help when needed.

He hechado de menos algunas cosas en la cocina, simples pero no menos necesarias que nunca deben faltar, como son una tostadora de pan, cuchillos con filo para cortar ,un escurridor de verdyra y manteleria para la mesa

Netjes en licht

Prima appartement. De wijk wat minder, toch hebben we ons niet onveilig gevoeld. Ongeveer een kwartier lopen naar het station Colindale , vanaf daar goede verbinding naar het centrum. Genoeg winkels en eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Het appartement was schoon, de bedden prima. Keuken inventaris zoals kopjes en glazen was aan de krappe kant voor 3 personen.

Schöne, renovierte, saubere Wohnung! Für uns war die Größe mit 4 Personen o.k.. ! Nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Es sind zwei Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Parkplätze muss man sich mit den Mietern der anderen Ferienwohnung teilen. Es kann aufgrund der engen Parkplätze zu Problemen mit den anderen Mietern oder den Nachbarn kommen. Wir konnten zum Glück die Situation mit unseren deutschen Mitmietern klären. Geschirr nur für 3 Personen, Handtücher nur für 2 Personen vorhanden, Toaster fehlte leider ganz.

Brilliant place to stay.

Had a great time and lovely place to stay. Don't know the area at all but couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Clean and tidy. Just right for myself and my family to stay. Everything easy to get to, park your car on driveway, everything walking distance. Easy to get the bus to and from Wembley. Super easy to get the tube into London. We had a great time. Simon was a great host, quick to answer any questions I had. Made our trip to london so much easier. If needed to visit London, wouldn't hesitate to contact Simon to stay again at the lovely property. Thanks again A*

Short stay for Fleetwood Mac

We wanted a location close to Wembley and this was perfect. Wetherspoons just around the corner for breakfast, oh and the odd pint. Uber operate in the area very easy to use and very competitive. Access to London attractions easy accessible via Colindale station. Accommodation immaculate and very comfortable, it was perfect for our needs. Would just like to say thanks Simon we had a great experience and the flat was a welcoming bolt hole after all the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Perfect place to stay near London

I strongly recommend this house. The owner, Simon is a very kind person, very helpful and discreet. I've been at Simon's house for two months. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The internet is fast. Nearby there is variety of supermarkets and public transport. Good connection with London central. Great stay. Many thanks, Simon! Schöne Wohnung, etwas außerhalb

Wir wohnten hier 1 Woche mit zwei Kindern. Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet, insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Nur die Küche ist etwas spärlich, wenn man zu viert kochen und essen möchte. Natürlich ist die Wohnung nicht riesig, aber Preis- Leistung für London sicher gut. Zu den Attraktionen muss man eine Stunde Weg rechnen, ausser Camden Market, das liegt näher.

Kleine saubere Stadtwohnung

Wohnung war sauber und war genau so wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Etwas wenig Geschirr für 4 Personen und kein Toaster, ansonsten super. Supermarkt, Fastfood Restaurants und Pubs im Laufnähe. 15min. Fußweg zur U-Bahn. Von dort eine halbe Stunde bis in die City.

Great space, clean, close to everything we need!

The flat was perfect for our little family of 4, with kitchen & clothes washer in kitchen we could close the door and not wake anyone. Street parking was fine. Overall a great space! Simon was easy to work wth too!

Good Apartment

Clean, tidy and new. Easy to either cook at home or eat out. Close to bus and train transport once you worked out where you wanted to go. Good reasonably priced restaurants nearby and supermarkets are a 10-15 minute walk. Would stay again.

Great stay. Newly renovated, spacious and comfortable.

The apartment was very nice to stay in, lots of room, newly renovated and very clean. Plenty of space for a few days stay. All the amenities including a washing machine. Check in and out is very easy. It is located in a residential area in zone 4, so taking the tube into London central takes about 40 minutes depending on where you are going. The walk to the station isn’t long but I wouldn’t recommend you bring your bags yourself unless they are easy to carry. Overall great stay.

Eine Woche London

Ruhig gelegenes Apartment auf der mittleren Etage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Für 2 Personen ausreichend Platz. Zu Dritt oder Viert wird es schon sehr eng. Der Weg zur Colindale Station sind ca. 15 min zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der direkten Umgebung. Ebenso ein Pub und FastFood, wenn man nicht selber kochen mag. In der Küche ist ein Rauchmelder, der leider beim Öffnen der Backofentür anschlägt, aber zum Glück selbstständig wieder aus geht. Und es gibt keinen Toaster. Sehr gutes WLAN. Für einen PKW ist Platz direkt vor der Haustür.

Good value

This apartment is spotlessly clean with modern appliances and new furniture. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice having a telly in the bedroom to watch the nightly news. Simon was easy to communicate with and we had no problem getting into the place. We missed not having a coffee maker or a toaster, as they would really help in getting our day started. It would also be nice to have written instructions readily available for some of the appliances as they are not familiar to North American guests. Edgware is a bit further out than we thought, but we could be in London central within an hour, including a 15 minute walk to the tube station. Camden Town and Hampstead are great spots to visit in between Simon's place and the city. All in all, this apartment satisfied our needs quite nicely.
