"Tudo funciona bem! Estivemos antes hospedados no Hotel Origin e lá infelizmente fomos roubados. No Novotel não existe este problema. Cuidado com alguns hotéis em Lombok!!! Por isso recomendo o Novotel de olhos fechados."

"The staff made a lot of effort to make us feel at home. Service was exceptional. We had multiple meals at the restaurant. We communicated to the hotel one morning that we were delayed for breakfast and the team managed to take our orders in advance and serve us post-breakfast hours. Food was good with enough variety. "From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was made to feel very welcome and nothing was too difficult. The hotel is set on beachfront property that is spacious and quiet. The rooms are extremely generous and the attention to detail is high. There is plenty of coral and fish to see just offshore and high tea at 4pm on the beach was a great way to finish a swim. "Excelente.E no dia do aniversário de meu marido vieram até à porta do quarto com um bolinho c/ 1 vela acesa,e 4 funcionários cantaram os Parabéns até ele apagar a vela.Um gesto bem simpático. Sendo as 3 infinity pools tem 1 piscina só para adultos,O pequeno almoço não é buffet mas é suficiente e muito bem apresentado.Fornecem 2 garrafas de água diáriamente.Não há cartões nem assinaturas p/ as toalhas estando sempreà discrição,nas cadeiras.Serviço extremamente atento"
