"beautiful property, great for families. Walk up to the beach. *the staff on the phone should learn to say Ideal Beach Resort, when you talk to them, don't be confused when the girls says Idol Beach Resort. Sheets had a ton of hair in them. My husband looked it over and we felt the beds were recently made, not slept in, just bad laundry service. Maybe change the dryer filter every load. "

"Wow! Listen I stay at plenty of motel 6, hotel 8 etc. However, this was a very strange experience overall from start to finish. First of all we tried to reach out to the owner through phone email and text. No responses at all. Next. We never got check in instructions.
