"It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. "

"This was an excellent hotel! The room was of the quality that made me feel like I was in a much more expensive property. All new and clean from luxurious bedding to quality bathroom fixtures. Tons of shopping and restaurants very close to walk to. I would definitely stay again on business or pleasure!"

"2nd time staying , perfect spot to rest for a night in between wine tasting along Narramata bench , also ideal as it’s at the end of the road cycle across KVR trail from Myra Canyon. After a long cycle , it was wonderful to be greeted with such friendliness and enjoy some tasty bites with a wine taste which was included with our stay . Rooms very comfy , and a nice big bath to unwind "

"Room was dirty as we open the door we can see the carpet edge ripped and dirt on the floor, called front desk(answer) house keepers no one on site. At night noises coming from everywhere couldn’t have a good sleep, no one acknowledged our concerns , second day breakfast was not the same as first day, waffles dough went from two dispensers to one, and the dough was liquidy you couldn’t eat it, there was no eggs nor hash browns nor sausage, hot top on he second night was full of dirt i had to...
