"Check in was easy you get a code sent for the front and room door, very well equipped with a small kitchen area with a fridge which when travelling with a dog was really useful for the food. Bed lovely and comfy with a small balcony area to sit out and as the weather was so good was perfect. They were treating us rudely all over our stay, since check-in, when they refused to provide 2 keys for the room, even we were 4 people in the room! Sounded like all employees were in a hurry to finish their jobs instead of creating a good experience for customers. Rooms need serious renovation, the carpet is covered by dust when you look under tables and behind the beds."
