YourHouse Casa Llubi, house with private pool and air conditioning

This modern house with a private pool in the center of Llubi, north-central Mallorca, offers a peaceful home for 2-6 guests.



Llubi is 15-20 minutes driving from Playa de Muro and Can Picafort beach. In the village there is a small supermarket and bars. Gas stations, restaurants and more services are found in Inca, 10 minutes by car. The Tramuntana Mountains, famous for the villages of Valldemossa and Sóller, has endless trails and cycling routes. A car is recommended.



The two-story house has a private swimming pool (chlorine) of 5 x 3 meters and a depth of between 0.9 and 1.1 meters. Here you can start the day with a long breakfast on the terrace. For sun lovers there are two deck chairs and an umbrella in the garden.



The terrace provides access to the kitchen, fully equipped and open to the living-dining room with air conditioning. The equipment includes a washing machine, fast Wifi, dishwasher, gas cooktop and satellite television. The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is another bathroom with a bathtub that serves the rest of the house. There is another air conditioning unit in the hallway of the bedrooms (cooling them). All bedrooms have ceiling fans installed. You can park for free in front of the house on the street.



Keep in mind:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half during high season. The Ecotasa payment is made before arrival.



Important: As required by law, we need to ask you for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years old. This information is sent by email.
