All'esterno una grande terrazza con una struttura in legno di fronte alla casa, con tavolo e sedie e divani, tanti alberi e frutta fresca a disposizione tutti i giorni direttamente dall’ orto , compreso olio d'oliva e miele; la piscina privata, con lettini e ombrelloni in paglia majorchina , può essere riscaldata con un extra a pagamento, c'è anche un pergolato per le cene all'aperto , e una piattaforma per praticare yoga.

Villa Horses is recently renovated, with a unique design and handmade furnitures mixed between ethnic and exotic taste, who gives it a beautiful natural atmosphere. It is surrounded by the nature the ideal place for relaxing holiday with a great view over Lubi and Mallorca.
Outside a huge terrace with a wood structure run in front of the house, with table and chairs and sofas, many trees and fresh fruits available every day directly from the vegetable garden, included olive oil and honey; the private pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas of straw majorcan can be heated with and extra fee, there is also a pergola for the dining outside , and a yoga platform.

Going inside the living room it’s a mix between Ibiza and Greece taste, with sofas, TV and big glass windows to admire the garden outside, a big open space includes a dining area with table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful view of the Sierra Tramuntana, it includes a build-in marble sink with a spacious working space, oven and all the necessary to prepare food with the family and friends.

The house offers 5 double bedrooms, 4 of them has king size bed and ensuite bathrooms, with bath tube or shower, double sinks, underfloor heating and music speaker, all you need for relaxing moments. Another bedroom has 2 beds including a sofa bed and a private bathroom.

Complete the property a stable with horses, to have a real contact with the natural ambient , a 9 hole golf entertainment and tennis courts.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

 It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval 
No safety fence around the pool
Pets not allowed
Pool has no swimming guard
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
